1) Conference Facility

The Conference Department provides facilities to conduct conferences, training programmes, seminars, workshops, consultations and interviews to NGOs, civil society organizations, people’s movements, educational institutions, management institutes, cultural organizations, banks, corporate houses, coaching centres, international organizations, UN bodies etc. 

Variety in space is yet another hall mark of conference space. Once can book executive room for consultation, 40 seat workshop space, 70 seat class rooms, 250 seat conference halls. 

Conference Department extends its services to organizations which work with excluded and vulnerable sections of the society like the Dalits, Adivasis, Minorities, Women, Street Children, Domestic workers, single woman, Civil Society and Human Right groups locally and nationally.

A number of NGOs, CBOs and civil society organizations avail the space as they find the staff of the department is sensitive to their needs. These organizations cherish their relationship with Integrated Social Initiatives. 

The department provides facilities like LCD, Laptop, sound system etc. that are required for the conferences, seminars and training programs.

2) Residence Facility

The Residence department provides 24 x 7 services to the customers. It has 100 beds for accommodation and food facilities at an affordable cost. 

Preference is given to organizations who organize conferences, training programmes, seminars, workshops and consultations in the Conference Department of Integrated Social Initiatives. It also provides accommodation and boarding facilities to individuals and small groups who come to Delhi for various personal, official and other needs

Single bed rooms, double bed rooms, three bed and five bed rooms are available. Most of the rooms have AC facility. Air coolers and room heaters also can be hired for nominal charges. 

Kitchen is hygienically equipped to prepare meals for four hundred participants. Those who hire daylong conference halls can place their orders for food. Order can be placed for Vegetarian as well as Non-vegetarian food. 

The department gives preference to civil society organizations who are engaged in the development works of Dalits, Adivasis, Minorities, Women, and Domestic Workers. Many national and international NGOs avail our facilities as they are very happy with the kind of treatment they receive from the staff.

 24×7 Reception counter: The reception is open 24×7 where guests can get assistance. The receptionists can assist you with the organization of tours and trip in the nearby destinations. Sightseeing tours can be arranged at affordable rates…

Pick up : Arrival : the airport shuttle offers drop off in front of the guesthouse .  Departure: pick up service available from the guesthouse. Transport to and from surrounding areas can either be provided or arranged.

We offer laundry service (clean+dry) for our guests upon request.

TV room is available at the ground floor. There’s always coffee and tea available in the lounge for only … Canteen is available at the conference facility…
